What ages are appropriate to attend the performance? Tickets are available for ages 2+ and appropriate for children who can enjoy a one hour performance.
Can I bring snacks for my child to eat at the performance? Food and drink inside the Theatre is prohibited.
Will the music be recorded or live orchestra? The performance uses a recording of the Tchiakovsky score.
How long is the performance and is there an intermission? The performance will be approximately one hour. There will be no intermission.
Can I film or take photos of the performance? Both the Terra Nova Theatre and BABC do not permit filming and photography by audience members during the performance. The production will be filmed and photographed professionally. Photographs and DVDs will be made available for purchase to the cast.
Where do I park? The Theatre has several surrounding parking lots and street parking, all of which are free parking spaces.
How can I avoid paying the ticket fee? Tix.com charges a ticket process fee that is not avoidable, whether you purchase online or at the box office.
I can no longer attend the performance - can I get a ticket refund? Tickets are non-refundable and there are no exchanges.
I don’t have a printer. What do I do if I cannot print my ticket? You may show your ticket receipt on a mobile phone upon arriving to the Theatre.
When purchasing my tickets, the transaction timed out and now I am unable to select the same seats again. What happened? Once you begin the checkout process, please follow the steps in a timely manner. If your transaction times out, your previously selected seats will be unavailable and appear “sold” until the system clears them out - which may take a few hours. Please select different seats or wait a little bit and try again.
