Volunteers Needed!

Our non-profit organization relies on volunteers during our productions to ensure everything runs smoothly. We have been able to not raise our production participation fees for our families for the past two years, despite inflation, due to our volunteers. Thank you for your help!

Make an appointment to have your dancer’s dance portrait taken in their beautiful Sleeping Beauty costume! Use the button below to learn more and make an appointment. This is held at Bay Area Ballet Conservatory. Costumes are property of Bay Area Youth Ballet and do not go home with the dancers during or after the production.

Fundraiser Flowers

It is customary in the world of the performing arts to bring your loved ones flowers after a performance. Bay Area Youth Ballet is beginning to raise funds (already!) for Nutcracker 2025. This year, we hope to have raised enough funds to cover costume builds for Act I Party Scene, which will help us premiere a full-length Nutcracker. Please consider purchasing our Fundraiser Flowers. Plus - you will not have to make an extra trip to the store to grab flowers on the day of the performance!

Theatre Week!

All dates below are MANDATORY

Thursday, June 5: In Studio Run Thru 6pm-8pm - Mandatory, 6pm-8pm for Company Dancers, Level 4, Level 3, Malia, Contemporary Dancers. This rehearsal is held @BABC

• 4:30pm-6pm Ballet for Level 5/6 will stilView Theatre Schedulel be held

• 4:45pm-6pm Int Contemporary will still be held

• 4:30pm-6pm Level 3 will still be held

Friday, June 6th: Dress Rehearsal #1 for Company Dancers + Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, Malia. NO PRIMARY DIVISION CLASSES CALLED TO THEATRE (Pre Ballet/Level 1A/Level 1B) @Westmoor High School Theatre. Please consult Theatre Schedule for details. There will be no regular classes held at BABC on Friday, June 6.

Saturday, June 7th: Dress Rehearsal #2 for FULL SCHOOL - ALL CLASSES, INCLUDING PRE BALLET - LEVEL 1B, + COMPANY. Held morning / early afternoon. @Westmoor High School Theatre. Please consult Theatre Schdule for details. There will be no regular classes held at BABC on Saturday, June 7. Company Class at BABC is To Be Determined.

Saturday, June 7th: Performance #1: 4 PM Performance. This performance is for Company + Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, Malia. @Westmoor High School Theatre. PRIMARY DIVISION CLASSES ARE NOT PERFORMING FOR THE SATURDAY EVENING PERFORMANCE (Pre Ballet - Level 1B) CONTEMPORARY CLASSES ARE NOT PERFORMING FOR THE SATURDAY EVENING PERFORMANCE.
