Studio Rental

Bay Area Ballet Conservatory offers four studios for rental All studios are equipped with sprung marley floors, sound systems, mirrors and barres.

To protect our Marley floors, we only allow rentals for footwear that includes ballet shoes, pointe shoes, jazz shoes, socks. No bare feet, heels of any kind, tap shoes or street shoes.

At this time, rentals are not available to outside students / teachers coaching non BABC students, with exception to national schools, companies, organizations to hold intensive auditions, master classes, etc.

Rental Rates

Rental rates for events,performances and group classes for profit apply. Please inquire for a quote.

Studio 1:

$45 per hour (minimum booking is 1.5 hours per month) for 8 dancers or less.

$55 per hour (minimum booking is 1.5 hours per month) for 9 dancers or more.

Studio 2:

$40 per hour (minimum booking is 1.5 hours per month) for 8 dancers or less.

$50 per hour (minimum booking is 1.5 hours per month) for 9 dancers or more.

Studio 3 or 4:

Studios 3 or 4: $25 per hour (minimum booking is 1.5 hours per month) for 8 dancers or less.

BABC will email an invoice as a booking confirmation, with payment due the day of use for one-time rentals.

Bulk rental discounts are available, detailed below. To receive a bulk rental rate, rental payment must be made by the 3rd of the month, or at the time of booking if booking mid-month.

POLICIES

Cancelations may be made at least 24 hrs prior to when rental payment is due, with no penalty.

For cancelations made after rental payment has been processed, payments can be applied as future rental credit, with exception to invoices where a bulk rental discount has been applied.

There are no refunds.

To receive a bulk rental rate, rental payment must be made by the 3rd of the month, or at the time of booking if booking mid-month. Rental hours may be added after the fact as needed, but discount would not be adjusted retroactively. There are no credits or refunds for paid invoices with a bulk rental discount applied.

Absolutely NO FOOT POWDERS OR BODY LOTIONS

Absolutely NO FOOD OR DRINK besides water permitted in the studio

Renters must use the exact studio rented and paid for, even if a different studio is empty.

Renters must honor the time rented, and not stay beyond their rented time.

BULK RENTAL DISCOUNTS

20+ hours: 10%

30+ hours: 15%

40+ hours: 20%
