Level Placement | These classes are designed for students who have trained in Levels 4A, Teen Ballet II, Level 4B, Teen Ballet III, Level 5 and Level 6 for the 25/26 School Session. Ballet and pointe may be divided into two leveled groups, depending on class size. Note: Saturday’s pointe class is for Int/Pointe students only.

Summer Session Weeks | Our Summer Session runs for four consecutive weeks. Pre-Professional Division students may choose to enroll in 3 or 4 days per week. Levels 5 & 6 are strongly urged to enroll in 4 days per week. Teen Division III students en pointe must also enroll in a minimum of three days per week to maintain pointe training. Otherwise, Teen Division students have a recommendation of at least 2x per week.

*Saturday’s pointe class is for Int/Adv Pointe students and may include some variations. Beginning Pointe I & II students may take the class in flat shoes if desired.

DISCOUNTS

*Sibling Discount - Additional sibling (with equal or lower tuition) will receive 10% off tuition. This discount may also be applied to siblings within the lower school - Pre Ballet - Level 3.

*Commitment Incentive - Students who register by May 1st for 4 Weeks of Summer Session (either 3 days or 4 days per week) PLUS register for both weeks of Summer Intensive will receive 10% off total Summer Session tuition AND 10% off total Summer Intensive tuition. There is no commitment incentive discount for registrations received after May 1st.

*Combined Discounts - Sibling Discount and Incentive Discount can be combined if both siblings are enrolled in the same weeks / same number of weeks, if registrations are received by 5/1/26

Tuition Deadlines -

Tuition for any one or two weeks is due upon enrollment.

Tuition for one or two weeks requires a 50% deposit due upon enrollment, billed upon registration, for enrollments received before June 1, 2026. Remaining balances will be billed on June 1, 2026.

Tuition is due upon registration for any enrollments received after June 1, 2026, for any number of weeks.

Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

There are no make-up classes for Summer Session, with the exception of exchanging a day the student is not already enrolled, as long as space permits.

ADDITIONAL CUSTOMIZATIONS

*Day rate available to accommodate travel on a case-by-case evaluation, considering the dancer has full enrollment in adjacent weeks, including at approved outside Summer Intensives. For example….A dancer is enrolled in 3 or 4 full days of Session Week 1, but can only attend two days of Session Week 2 due to travel. In this scenario, a day rate would be provided for the two dates of Session Week 2. Otherwise, dancers are expected to enroll in the minimums listed above, according to level.

Need to switch weeks or days? Just let us know by contacting school@bayareabc.com. As long as space in classes remains, we are happy to make any adjustments as needed. There will be no refunds for any schedule adjustments that are for what was already registered and paid for. Any schedule adjustments that are made that are an increase in schedule will result in a balance due and will be billed accordingly.

RECOMMENDED TO BEGIN POINTE FOR THE 26/27 SCHOOL SESSION?

Students not training currently en pointe will begin their pointe training at the start of the 26/27 School Session, not during any summer classes.
