Additional Training With BABC Faculty Level 2 through Adult

Subject to Faculty and Studio Space availability.

Guidelines for current BABC Students Requesting Private Lessons:

Private lessons are not to substitute regular youth program classes, both during school sessions and any summer program offerings. Students must be enrolled in the full program offering for their level in order to schedule private lessons. For example, Level 4 ballet technique is offered 4x per week with a minimum enrollment requirement of 3x per week. If the student is only enrolled in the minimum requirement, they are not eligible to schedule private lessons. Exceptions made for students returning from an injury who need personalized coaching to recover and integrate back into their program as well as assistance with video audition assistance for approved outside training intensives and collegiate programs.

BABC students must have accounts in good standing in order to schedule any private coaching.

Pricing:

Coaching: Paid directly to Faculty teacher. Hourly rate varies between $90-$100 per hour.

Studio Rental: Paid to BABC via emailed invoice, due upon receipt.

  • Enrolled BABC Students - $10/hr Studio 4; $20/hr Studio 1 or 2 (Adult program dancers may also take advantage of student rates with the purchase of an adult program class card or have purchased a class card within 30 days prior to the scheduled private lesson).

  • Non BABC Students - $25/hr Studio 4; $40/hr Studio 2; $45/hr Studio

Cancellation Policy:

Studio Rental: Rental fee is due upon receipt of invoice to secure your studio reservation. Cancellations received with 24 hours notice or greater receive a rental credit for future use. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation a credit will not be provided. There are no refunds for any circumstance.

Coaching Booking: Due in advance at time of scheduling with an instructor. We require 12 hour advanced notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Less than 12 hours notice or “no shows” automatically forfeit that lesson.  In the event of cancellation by instructor due to illness or emergency, lesson will be rescheduled.
