Thursday, June 11th: Technical & Spacing Rehearsals for Levels 2-6 & BAYB Company @ Skyline College , scheduled in the evening. NO PRIMARY DIVISION CLASSES CALLED TO THEATRE (Pre Ballet, Level 1A, Level 1B, Level 1C).

Friday, June 12th: 6pm Dress Rehearsal #1 for Levels 2-6 & BAYB Company @ Skyline College.

Saturday, June 13th: Dress Rehearsal #2 for FULL SCHOOL - ALL CLASSES, INCLUDING PRE BALLET - LEVEL 1B, + COMPANY & CONTEMPORARY CLASSES. Held morning starting at 10am and running into the early afternoon. Young dancers are dismissed once done, and do not stay the full duration of the dress rehearsal. @Skyline College

Saturday, June 13th: Performance #1: 4 PM Performance. This performance is for Company + Level 2, Level 3, Level 4A, Level 5 & Level 6 PRIMARY DIVISION CLASSES ARE NOT PERFORMING FOR THE SATURDAY EVENING PERFORMANCE (Pre Ballet - Level 1C) @Skyline College

About The Year-End Concert - Coppelia & The Magic Toy Shoppe

All classes begin working on choreography for this production during the second semester, towards the end of class time. Stage performance is the application of skills learned and a critical part of classical ballet training as a performing art. All students participate with exception to Parent and Me and Teen Division.

Dancers who are part of Bay Area Youth Ballet perform the character, soloist and principal roles of this classic storybook ballet, in addition to their class dances. They rehearse additionally outside of class time.

Contemporary classes will perform choreography prior to the start of Coppelia for the Sunday performance.

@BABC -Date To Be Announced - Professional Photography Portraits by Rosselyn Photography. Available by appointment at BABC. Having photographs done for your dancer in their costume is not mandatory.

Participation Fees / Student:

Attention: Early Bird Discount Deadline is January 24th. Regular price registration deadline is February 14th. Registrations received after 2/14 will incur a $25 per student increase. Registrations after 2/28 will not be accepted.

Pre Ballet - Level 3 | $145 - Early Bird - Due 1/14; $165 - Regular Price - Due 2/14

Participation fee includes one costume rental and professional video (digital download) of the performances. If taking an extra class, additional costume rental is $45. Example of extra class is two Pre Ballet or Level 1A/B classes / week. Level 1C, Level 2 and Level 3, though meeting twice per week, are one costume and incurring an additional charge.

Level 4A - Level 6 (non BAYB Company) | $170 - Early Bird - Due 1/14, $190 - Regular Price - Due 2/14

Participation fee includes one costume rental and professional video (digital download) of the performances. If taking extra class, additional costume rental $55. Example of extra class is contemporary. Multiple ballet classes per week, and pointe classes, will be one costume.

Participation Fee Policies

Deadlines:

• 1/24 - Earlybird rates

• 2/14 - Regular Rate & BAYB Company Dancers

• 2/15-2/28 - Late registrations accepted + $25 / student

• 2/28 - Last day of accepted registrations

Fees will be processed via JackRabbit with cards on file. Payment in two installments* January 24th & February 28th available. Please email school@bayareabc.com no later than January 24th to request. *Early bird discount not available with installment plan.

Participation Fees Listed Above Are For Students Currently Enrolled By February 14th, 2026. A $25 fee per costume / per dancer will apply if student enrolling late into the school wishes to participate to cover our increased shipping costs for ordering and accommodating additional costumes past Feb. 14th. Registrations after 2/28 will not be accepted.

Participation fees do not cover the costs of a theatre production. Tickets will be sold for Coppelia & The Magic Toy Shoppe, and are not included in the participation fee. It is expected that families help with ticket sales by promoting and sharing about the performance to extended family and friends.

Participation Fees or Purchased tickets are non-refundable.

We offer a 10% sibling discount (second & lessor) through 2/14. There is no sibling discount off after 2/14/2026.
